Most Intense Length Stretch?

Most Intense Length Stretch?

I am going for my new goal of 8” x 6”, and currently am not that far off, I am now at 7.5” NBP, but it seems that I am lacking some good intense lenght excersizes and stretches.

Could someone please recomend some really good/intense lenght stretches or excsrsizes?


Current - NBPEL 6.9" x EG Base 6.2"

BPEL 7.4"

Goal - NBPEL 8.5" x EG 6.5"

Regular stretches, invented v stretches, two way stretches, jelqing, JAI stretches. Pick the ones you like, do all for best results :) .

Could you please explain the JAI stretches to me, BTW aren’t they for girth, and are there any girth exercizes that work almost or as good as clamping just without the discoloration possibility?

Keep in mind there are limits to what can be accomplished in the way of length gains. The vast majority cannot hope to exceed a two inch enlargement, if your weight is not in check that would be one way of gaining some length.

No, they’re for length. Stretch as per usual but only for 2 seconds. Stop for a second, repeat.

Clamping is very intense, seems to give the biggest results for girth. I know of no alternative that gives the same results without discolouration (or risk thereof). Not many guys seem to be doing intense manual girth stuff (horses, Uli’s etc) anymore, or at least not talking about them much.

What? Why is that?

I believe that enlargement occurs as a result of improving pressure characteristics and not tissue deformation. We have a low pressure gradient and cannot extend to our full potential, PE allows for weakening of the tissue and improved blood flow dynamics that result in a larger erection. When we optimize these characteristics we realize our full erection or full extension of our inner penis.

Some people believe our penis will respond like clay; that is the more we stretch it the more deformation that will occur, if this were the case we could theoretically extend to the floor. I have been doing this regiment of PE for many years and have come to the conclusion that the physiology for all most all of us cannot be deformed but improved. This improvement takes the form of enlarged blood carrying tissue and weakened attachment points, the result is optimized pressure/flow characteristics that expose the inner penis. Stretching results in the pump to perform more efficiently not the shaft physiology to elongate.

Most of us already carry a large penis, it is just hidden due to inadequacy in the pumping mechanism, when we optimize the pump we in effect max out the inner penis and hence the end of the game. If you can improve the pump e.g. using a vacuum pump we can gain more exposed shaft. It is just common sense.

Anyway…

Just answering the title of the thread, I think the most intense length stretches are the Aided V and Aided Inverted V stretches. (Bird2 meant to write ‘inverted’ above where he has ‘invented V’.)

I do those stretches on my back, usually on the couch, with my knees up. I didn’t know what they were called at the time, but I described how I do them a few years ago: Couch Potato Routine. I use a piece of PVC pipe with some foam wrapped around it. There’s a picture here.

Those stretches are plenty intense, and you can also hold the grip for minutes at a time once you get conditioned, so it sort of emulates fulcrum hanging.

What is the point in doing it in 2 second intervals?

See the discusssion that starts here, and then learn more by searching for JAI, particularly with Johan in the user name. I wasn’t here yet when it was named, but I think JAI stands for “Johan’s Active Isolated” stretch.

The Runner’s World link in that post doesn’t work anymore, but searching ‘active isolated’ on the page that appears will produce some good articles. A google search generates a lot of hits on the subject.

I recently found out that to add intensity to my stretches, I should do them bundled, (twisting your penis around 1-2 times) I tested this and found that it makes the stretch feel 2-3 times more intense than just doing a regular inverted v-stretch.

Also, if I were to start clamping I thought that it would be better to clamp first and then do my length stretches as my Tunica will have been worked pretty good from the clamping and possibly make it easier/better to stretch for lenght. Could this work good?

Finnally, I read that clamping can hinder lenght gains, does it happen to evryone, or does it vary?
