anyone do weighted kegals?

whats the routine, how do you do them and what benefits have you gotten?

I originally started PE to get harder erections and I only kegal & jelq regularly. Although those have deffinately helped a little, Im still not carring around a brick…any help or suggestions is appreciated.

anyways, since I wrote this a few weeks ago I’ve been trying them. I get hard & put something sort of light at the end of my dick & kegal to raise it as high as I can for about 10 seconds…3 sets of 10 seconds. this wears your dick out, so I’ll rest a couple minutes & do the same thing again. I havent been on a regular schedule, but it seems to have raised my erection angle a bit.

if anyone else does this or wants to give it a try, let me know the results.

Have you tried timing your pc contractions along with the involuntary ejaculation surges?

I tried kegeling while pumping. The added resistance of the tube helped strengthen my muscles, and had a positive effect on erection frequency and orgasm intensity. I flaked out after a few weeks. Intense kegels are, well, intense and not very fun.
