Kegals part of hanging routine?
I was wondering about kegals, related to hanging, do you guys do a bunch of kegals before hanging to “fatigue” the PC muscle?
I know that the kegals are a big contributor to the Blasters, and that it was recommended to do the kegals to make it easier to get gains.
Any of the hanging Guru’s know whether or not this works or is it dangerous?
I was just wondering about this.
