Advice for the experienced PEer?
I was hoping for some advice to break through a plateau. I started my PEing in August 2014 and have followed this path:
Aug 2014 - Nov 2014: JP90
Nov 2014 - August 2015: Self-made routines mixing stretches and jelq variations
Total gain: 0.5 inch
Aug 2015 - Feb 2016: Bib Hanger (hated it)
Feb 2016 - Apr 2016: Decon break
Apr 2016 - Nov 2016: LG Hanger (nicer experience but started getting slippage issues at higher weights)
Nov 2016 - Feb 2017: Phallosan Forte
April 2017 - now: Manual exercises complemented by 4-6 hours a day of X4 Extender. 1 week rest periods (every 4-5 weeks)
Total gain: another 0.25”
Therefore, I’ve gained about 0.75” since starting PE 3 years ago. I’m grateful for this, but my measurements have been quite stagnant and I am struggling to put on even 2mm every 2 months.
What tips would you guys give?
I am definitely enjoying extending with the X4, even if I can only commit ~4 hours a day. It’s quite a treat seeing the rods adding up slowly as it means *something* is growing.
In a perfect world, by August 2018 I will add another 0.5” and I think that’s where I’d want to stay as it would mean I sit on the 7.3-7.5” BPEL mark, which is just fine.
