I think his polls make’s sense. However I have read many posts here that it won’t affect gains. My own common sense says I don’t agree with the post here about masturbation and pe. When you reach an orgasm your penis has a lot off contractions. An orgasm is something heavy for a penis. That is why it needs some rest after orgasming.

Pe already is exhausting to the penis. So if you masturbate a lot, you will get your penis even more tired.
I am talking about masturbation with an ejaculation at the end. Not just jerking without comming. Jerking alone won’t be a problem. Just good for circulation.

If you manage to separate the orgasm from the prostate you can jerk off as many as you want. Than youre ballooning and I read you can get gains with that also, but that’s off topic. Maybe I will chime in in you’re thread about it.

I haven’t been masturbating for a week now and I am beginning to miss it. My erections quality and morning erections have become better though. Rockhard again.

It is important to note ejaculation is what probably caused the difference in gains between the men who took the PE survey. In other words —according to the PE survey — you can masturbate all you want; just don’t ejaculate. In fact, edging (masturbation and stopping before ejaculation) is proposed by many to actually help gains. But this would also mean having sex and ejaculating would have the same downfall as masturbating and ejaculating…

If you are looking for some opinions/thoughts on the masturbation analysis of the survey, I have a few: First, I think not ejaculating at all is ridiculus. What’s the point of growing a bigger dick if you aren’t going to use it? If I were to tell my girlfriend, “hey Suga Puff, no sex tonight because I wan’t my dick to grow quicker,” I would soon find myself with a lonely bigger dicker …. Therefore, I still ejaculate about 2-3 times a week ;) I masturbate/have sex more than that, but I typically hold it in.

I also think it is important to ejaculate at the right times… What are the right times? I’m not 100% sure, but I will tell you what I do:
1) I don’t ejaculate after/right before a PE workout. I wan’t my dick energetic and ready to be worked.
2) I try not to ejaculate too frequently (i.e. I try not to ejaculate two days in a row… I try to spread out my days as much as possible.

Anon, if you are missing masturbation, then masturbate! Try edging, or even ejaculate a few times a week. Don’t torture yourself, just know the rules… I look at it like the # 1 diet rule: Everything is good for you in moderation. Masturbation is healthy. IMO, ejaculation is healthy too — in moderation.

It never hurt my gains, I’d often masturbate 1-2 times per day, often directly after my PE workout as well, and I gained around 1 1/2” length in a little over a year. However, perhaps my gains could have been even better if I hadn’t been masturbating on a regular basis. I am so used to masturbating to the point of ejaculation 1-3 times per day. So is the general thesis that NO ejaculation, period, helps gains? As in, never ejaculating unless it’s neccessary (ie. you’re having sex and you really want to). I must ejaculate almost 100 times per month.

Since reading those results a couple of days ago, I haven’t masturbated, but I think I may do today.
