2nd month - no gains - read why

Damn, after 0.25” inch gain in my 1st month I was hoping for more of the same, but early on in the month I overdid the dry jelq. This left me with erection trouble for nearly TWO WEEKS! So any other newbies reading this - take note! Don’t overdo it!
I’m now back on track for gains at the end of month 3 (hopefully, lol)

But the moral of the story, is don’t go overboard guys…

Slack, it was good of you to report that, now we can just wait and see if anyone takes note.

Then again, Big Girtha, who has gained two inches of girth, is these days clamping almost all day, every day. Go figure.

The jury is still out on the value of rest days. I wish I knew the answer.

I’m not so sure rest days are beneficial, for me I like to go everyday, if I don’t I feel I’m losing out on some potential gains.

dry jelqs are nasty. I recommend some good old vaseline and jelq from there it’s good and if you haven’t already, hot wrap/shower your penis.

They give great expansion, but gotta be careful with them!

How do you propose a dry jelq using vaseline? That destroys the purpose of a dry jelq!

That’s the key. I don’t think rest days are essential as I go 6 days on and 1 day off, but I truely believe the intensity can be too great.

Now, if you are just starting I think you need to take it easy on the “days in a row” category.

Are you sure you’re doing them properly? I find it much more convenient than wet jelqing, even though I do prefer wet over dry.

Then why not go 7 days in a row, RTG? Why not 24 hours a day? Because in between workouts, your penis is healing. I’m a firm believer that you shouldn’t take too many rest days unless you hit a plateau.

No it’s just that 7 1/2 inches was like what I statrted at. I’ve been pe ing for a while but it did not grow at all!

I tried 4 days a week, 5 days a week and even 6 days a week and nothing seemed to work.I just yesturday started doing dry jelqs again. I personally like it, it pumps my dick up. But what do you think is better? Dry jelqs or wet jelqs? I’ve been doing wet jelqs before for a while and lost the pump.

Relative to everyone :)

About 50% take no rest, others do. Im in the others, I still got almost 3/4 inches in length and ,5 in girth in 4 months.

I cant imagine PEing everyday, I think it would be too much for me.
