The rolls should help with bruising, but bruising takes a few days to disappear anyway. It’s probably an indicator of doing to aggressive PE. Just do the rolls for a few minutes a day, a couple of times a day, after jelqing first for a couple of minutes to increase the skin’s bloodflow. Take a few days off PE and just do the rolls and see if that helps. If you have heavy discolouration, it will take several weeks of firegoat rolls to make much difference. They are better used to prevent discolouration in the first place.

Staining from bruising makes sense; I had an inkling it might be a result of a build up from repeated bruising / sub-dermal bleeding.

The bruising/discolouration I had was actually pretty severe; the rolls got rid of some of it but the darker areas weren’t that easily shifted. They’ve been fading slowly but surely over the course of the day.

I got the discoloration from multiple clamping, at the narrower mid-section of my shaft; I’d not done multiple clamp clamping before. And yes, I’ve been really aggressive about the practice. Basically hitting it as hard as I can with the tools I have. I’m following an IPR protocol and am pretty much determined to make it work.

I skipped clamping today, hoping that the discolouration might fade and it is fading. I’m going to clamp again tomorrow and am hoping that it doesn’t cause another bleed. :/

Also was wondering (and I’m not sure if it’s cool to ask it here but just saw your sig) do you think that FAR Infrared is necessary or is normal okay?

And where did you get the ideal penis size stats from? I’m near that now and trying to gain more, but I have to admit I have been in two minds about it.

Any Infrared is fine if you can feel the heat.

When you feel fairly well conditioned, you could add in A,V, stretches etc. Don’t go too hard with them to start with, and try to relax into them.

Back to this topic: is cold treatment (e.g cold water, not ice) likely to worsen the discoloration ? It does feel very nice, just like for any normal injury pain relief, but I am worried that the cold could make the blood spots get more "dense" and increase the likelihood of them staying.

For blood vessel health (please tell me if it’s off topic, I thought it was still relevant):
Now using vitamine C as recommended ! I saw on Wikipedia (Vitamin C - Wikipedia) that you need more than 500 mg a day to improve endothelial cell’s functioning.
Is there any other food / supplements you / anybody here would recommend for blood vessels health ?

Cold won’t have any negative effects. When you remove the cold your body’s reaction is to try to warm the area as fast as possible so the tissues will increase circulation of fresh nutrient and oxygen laden blood.

Wish I’d known about these when I started, a year of heavy clamping has really done a number on my skin. Gonna try a high frequency approach with these and hope some of it’s reversible!

I accidentally found another way to get rid of discoloration, but it’s a little impractical. I started doing daily manual stretches last week, I have poor grip so I use a thick marker to give me better leverage: I press the marker against the middle of my shaft, fling the top half over, then grab the double shaft with both hands, using my thumbs to firmly press the shaft against the marker. Then I stretch. After less than a week I noticed there is an upside down triangular mark on my shaft, nearly as light as the skin below my clamp line. It is widest where the skin gets squished the hardest against the marker during stretches. It appears to be permanent.

Might try putting the marker in different positions, and hope I don’t end up looking like a dalmatian.
