Firegoat, thanks a bunch for your wisdom. I wish I had known this back when I started doing PE.

Do you have any advise on stretch marks? I got quite a few from going up in girth.

The best info on stretch marks is to be found on pregnancy websites. The type of stretch marks women get from pregnancy are the same as you get from going up in girth quickly, or that bodybuilders get when putting on mass very quickly.

Peppermint oil can help, but too much can irritate the skin. Icing can also help, and lotions with vitamin K.

Peppermint oil will increase circulation so it would be best to only use it on days off. It will help dissolve the coagulated blood and carry it away, but may cause more bruising when pumping.

In theory icing may help immediately after pumping by making the cells contract and push blood back out from the tissues before it coagulates, but I don’t know if icing would counteract gains. Heat on the other hand will increase bruising, but we all like to use heat for gains, at least while pumping.

Vitamin K would, in order to simplify, make the blood thicker, and less likely to seep into the tissue. I don’t know if lotions would penetrate deep enough to eliminate discoloration or not, but I plan on experimenting with Vitamin K lotions along with the rolls. Taking vitamin K internally may have adverse effects on the coagulation cascade, so I wouldn’t do that unless it was OK’ed by a Dr. As a lotion I would put it on an hour or so before pumping so the Vit. K has time to penetrate the skin. It will be an interesting experiment to try along with the firegoat rolls.

I am presently using aloe vera as a lube. Aloe vera is supposed to help heal burns, and bruises but I am still getting some discoloration. Regardless, aloe vera makes for a nice lube. I might have more bruising if I wasn’t using aloe vera, or less bruising if it increases circulation as a means to speed healing. Again something to experiment with.

I frequently do a personal thing to my penis ( personal because I’m not too sure if I ever saw a video on the internet or if I invented it! )

I sort of flap it around when I’m flaccid for a second, once twice or three times, like every time I urinate, I make the most out ofhaving my penis in my hand, to do this. I t immediateley fills the penis and glands with a bit more blood so flaccid is immediateley fuller. It just feels good to do so, to me.The centrofugal force also fills the glans up effectivley (not with pressure, but just enough to enlarge it a little) in fact thats what I do in small pauses in stretching in order to get a better grip on the glans…( and to give my glans a break ) . By the way I stretch with foreskin pulled back ( so stretching directlly onto the glans), is this correct?

Firegoat, do you think this is an effective, long-term help for dealing with hemosiderin from heavy hanging/stretching? I am sure it would help with hyperpigmentation. But the dark effects from hemosiderin are my interest. I accept that there is a big time factor that will go into re-absorption, but I’m curious as to whether the rolls will promote that healing, or rather, speed up the healing process?

What you’d call one roll I’d call half a roll, because it’s only rolled your penis in one direction (counterclockwise looking at the end of your penis). So one roll to me would be to roll it so your right hand starts at the top and ends up at the top again. I’d do around one roll a second, sometimes maybe a little faster.

I think it will help over time - be patient - but especially focus on doing a minute or so of ‘plumped’ erection level jelqing before the rolls first.

Thanks. As I do both AM & PM sessions, I am looking at doing these post-session. By plumped do you mean like a 70% or so erection level, or a bit less?

And what I normally have done is a very light jelq motion, just over the skin. But now I’m wondering if I shouldn’t do it a bit deeper, because these are the layers where I need to stimulate flow. Deeper, but not as intense as a regular jelq PE session. Sound correct?

Spot on. 50-70% and go a bit deeper. And do them on any rest days too - just get erect enough and do the rolls for as long as feels right or until you see some fading.

Gracias, man. Gives me some hope that this will go away one day. Spoke with Bib about it and his experience (and it’s healing), so I feel content about it.

Ok, I was doing 5-10 per second! doesnt feel bad either though….I do them throughout the warmup, thats all really. I have a feeling that I am getting darker myself, but still no gains. Maybe a fuller flaccid at times. I think I also need to re measure, considering many different things like position of pelvis, straightness of body when measuring, sitting/standing, etc because it sure afects greatly the measurement.
