Will stretching and kegels only provide improvement

What I want to know is: can I do the newbie routine without jelqing? All I am looking for is increase in EQ(kegel) and an inch or more in length(stretching).

Well Jelqing maximizes expansion, and shifts blood upwards into your penis. I think it would benefit your growth rate if that makes any sense.

Jelqing is wonderful. But, You don’t have to do 20-30mins if You don’t want to. Just increase the time of stretching.

The girth-type exercises work great for EQ as long as You don’t overdo it.

Get yea Jelq on! I’m up to 23 minutes 2 days on 1 off after just less than 2 months. I didn’t feel the benefit at first but I do now and quite enjoy it most of the time. Stick with it for a while and you’ll get to like it I think.

Give Your body time to produce it. Don’t overdo it. Steady, slowly keep on growing.

Instead of thinking about details, do Newbie or Linear Routine for 2-3 months. It’s enough time to decide what to do later.

You know what I disagree I don’t think masterbation is good.

If you don’t like jelqing then don’t do it; simple. Stick to a stretching routine where you do regular directional stretches while doing kegels, and then do reverse kegels while stretching BTC, SD, or any other more advanced stretch. Start measuring you’re BPSFL more often and if you start seeing gains then they will later transition into erect gains.

Yes, try doing about 10-20 quick kegels while doing directional stretching. Then while stretching BTC and SD do reverse kegels, doing a quick search will show you how to do them. BTC means Behind The Cheeks and SD means straight down.
