Will PE cause sensitivity problems?

I am just starting out and have modest ambitions: I am 6.75 BPEL and 6.0 EG; an inch in length and 0.5 in girth would be fine and I don’t plan to pump or hang or take supplements (I am not a muscleman…) just kegel, stretch and jelk …
