Hey ya’ll

I would like to know what PE exercise to use to get a harder erection (that also stays hard longer)

I’m only 21 years old but I have already had problems with erection. Im sure, it’s mostly in my mind, but you never know.

I also a prostatitis. Are there any good exercises for this problem ?

I am new to this forum but I have already learnt allot. It’s a great place for support.

Jelqing (not too heavy though) and kegels.

Important pointers:

  • Quit smoking, if you smoke
  • Moderate your drinking, if you drink heavy
  • Eat healthy
  • Exercise
  • Wear lose underwear or no underwear at all if possible
  • Relieve stress
