Who gained wIth ADS
Hello All,
Just looking for some encouragement. Ive been doing some pe basics for over 6 months and trying to figure out what works for me and what doesnt. Im still not sure what works for me as im still trying to figure it out. I just started doing 200 jelqs in the morning 5 on/2 off. I have only been doing this for 2 months but have hust had to take a break for 3 weeks. I havent really seen any gains on this. unfortunately thats all I can do as i have very little to no privacy at home and I do this while in the shower.
I had dabbled with a vlc tugger for about a month and liked the flaccid hang i got but was challenging keeping on while working. Just got the vac ads and this looks like it will hold up alot better with the silicone sleeve. Im looking to start this within 1-2 weeks in conjunction with my morning jelqs. I have a few questions.
Should i stretch downward with leg strap or should i stretch around the waist with pulley cord or should i stretch in different directions?
Who has had length gains in what direction?
What kind of length gains did you get?
Please help guys. Im determined to gain but dont want to hurt myself
