What can I expect

I’m just starting PE and was wondering if their were any other experienced members out there that started at around 7 x 5.5? Those are my starting measurements and was wondering, what type of gains can I expect? What type of gains did you experience and how did you do it? My goal is about 8.5 x 6, it doesn’t seem too impossible from what I’ve already read. Anyone else with similar starting measurements and goals?

You’ve probably just alienated two thirds of the forum! Just kidding!-)

Work hard and good luck seems to follow.

1.5 X .5 is a reasonable goal. Especially if you’re a length gainer. My advice: take it slow and don’t rush into any advanced exercises.

It’s not a totally unrealistic goal, but don’t expect to reach your goal for a year or two. That way you can’t be dissapointed.

And as KT88 said, your size is a lot of people’s goal, haha. I’d love to have your size.


Starting size: (April 1 2007) 5.95" BPEL x 4.65" EG. | Progress Thread (plus pics)

Now: (August 20 2007) 6.6" BPEL x 4.81" EG. Half way towards my goal! | Current Stats

Short term goal: (3-4 months) 6.8" BPEL, 5.0" EG.. Long term goal (1+ yr): 7.5" BPEL, 5.5" EG.

Thanks for the feedback. I realize that it probably takes quite a while to see results like what I’m expecting. Oh, and by the way, thanks for the ego boost!

What can you expect? Time & consistency…this PE thing isn’t a quick fix, it’s going to take time & consistency along the way without it, you can pretty much expect next to zero! Besides, you have the starting stats that I’m aiming for - pretty much what the majority would kill for in here - once I reach that goal, I’ll start cementing (2 sessions per week) & get on with the rest of my life.

Good to hear of someone else with similar starting stats and goals. The advice I’ve gotten so far is similar to what’s been said above—take it slow.

And, if I were you, I definitely would feel comfortable with my current size. As for me, I’m happy—I’m just curious to try out this stuff ;)
