Newbie what to expect.
What gains should I expect to have in a years time with dedication?
I am doing 15 minute manual stretch and 15 minutes of Jelqs. Warm up and warm downs in there.
I have been PEing just that last week on the Monday (November 28th).
If I can get any insight I would greatly appreciate it.
Also I would like to thank Thunder for having a great free PE site.
