When to expect some results?

Hi all,
I started to take care of my health, back into running 3 times per week to loose weigth and to improve performance I also started some PE, just wet jelqs, 3 times per week, 100 strokes per time about 3 seconds each; my goal is to improve length as actual measurements are about 6 1/2 by 5 1/2 that makes it look shorter than it is, I also hope that loosing some fat makes it look, at least, healthier as there is some fat around pubic area and in the ball sac, I would like to make my skin thinner.
I know I should add some stretch in the routine but tell me, after how long can I expect to see some results?
actually I have to admit that even after just one week it looks better as the blood flow is increased as the vascularity has, I hope that the running/PE combination makes me feel a little better both phisically and mentally (yeah, I think that PEing is most for ego than for real need, my GF is pretty satisfied with my sixandanhalfinches).

I’ll give you the generic response: Everyone is different. Some people see gains within weeks with the newbie routine and some people won’t see gains without serious long term dedication.

I highly recommend you switch from 100 wet jelqs 3x/week to the full on newbie routine. I strongly doubt that you will have recognizable length gains with your current strategy.. but hey, I’ve been wrong in the past many times.

Wishing and hoping for the best - yup your doing it wrong.

If you want to gain length, do some simple stretches as the jelq isn’t an effective length exercise.

Most people see some newbie gains that range from 1/8” to 1/2” in length and girth. You’ll then reach a point where gains come slowly. Like stated above, everyone is different. The key is to keep a dedicated PE routine going as anything less will not show results.
