Basicly I’m 8” inches erect but my erections are pitiful; my penis goes hard but does not go up in fact it’s like it’s pointing down it’s in a hook shape pointing down and twised to the right abit. Now I as wondering is there anyway to sort these problems out ?

I think I heard kegelling will make it harder while jelqing will make it straighter. I also wouldn’t mind gaining alittle girth somehow.

Do you guys have any recomendations or routines, ill truly appreciate it

P.s. I’ve had these erections all my life and I don’t drink or do drugs

Kegal as much as you can. This will help with your EQ. Jelqing at a certain erection level will help with your girth.

Stay on Kegel’s and jelqs for some weeks. Since you’re already large, I think you should just aim for a better EQ, so do just a minimum amount of work - let’s say 25-50 jelqs 2-3 times per week.

See how it goes and let us know.

Can you advise a specific routine or somethig ?

The linear newbie routine should work just fine - just cut strecthing if you are not interested in length gains.

Do you take any supplements? My routine supplemented with Ginkgo and L-Arginine keep my EQ at a 10.

Can someone tell me what EQ means? I didnt see it in the glossary

I haven’t understood your ‘shape’ question. Are you saying that your penis has curves? If so, do a search, there are many threads on that topic.

Yes it curves in a downward fashion making the erection weaker :/ also it’s smaller at the base for some reason

I’d recommend kegels. It takes a while to get in the habit, but once you do, you’ll find yourself doing them all the time. Maybe even sub-conciously. You can do ‘em anywhere. At your desk, traffic lights, in the elevator etc. Kegels!

I’ve always wondered if there was such a thing as too much kegeling, after all it is a muscle. What’s that Marinera, the search feature? Yea yea ok geez…. :)

hey x.x your dick sounds a little like mine, mine also has an downward curve slightly and is smaller at the base. As for the EQ, it’s a mixed bag, sometimes it’s great sometimes there’s much to be desired.

I’ve been kegelling for a couple of months now and it really hasnt made much of a difference, still weak erections, I’m thinking due to size of my penis and the fact that the base is smaller than the shaft this is constricting blood flow I could be wrong thouggh, kegelling aside what other options are there?
