Weak Erections

I’ve been doing P.E for about 3 months unreligously and gained about 2 inches BPEL by only doing stretching and Pc squeezes. However, even before P.E my erections were weak but not weak enough to jackoff, the head would never be erect it would just be the sides. Unfortunatly this limits my erect size size dramatically. I’ve masterbated once a day for about 3 years. Any pointers would be appreciated. I have a hard time jelqing and keeping an erection.

Jerking off every day is a bit excessive don’t you think?

I did a masturbating experiment recently, and I found there is actually a certain number of times I should jerk off a week. I quit masturbating for two months, and found that quitting all together didn’t make me hornier, in fact it made me less. I determined that I should jerk off a couple times a week to keep up my libido.

When I was younger I jerked off all the time, and I had weak erections from that. Of course guys will post they jerk off every day and they have no problem. I’m telling you this is the first place you should look, if cutting back, and PE doesn’t improve your erections then you should see a doctor.

I was the total opposite. The best I’ve done was a full week. By that time I was nearly insane :) A man should NOT ever be this horny lest he does something he will regret later on.

Glans inflation varies from person to person, it SHOULD inflate right before ejaculation at least. If it doesn’t there must be some leakage. I don’t know the state of medicine these days but it is conceivable that they just have something to fix the leakage.

Dude take a big break. Dont do any PE for a couple of weeks. Also lets know if you are on some medication,dope,alcohol & stuff like that. Any case of penile trauma?

I have a hard time believing that you have gained 2” in 3 months.

Reduce jacking off. Like Pud suggested, jack off a few times a week but not daily. Start doing kegels and edging, this will be the road to better erections.

I think you get to a stage where it dies down. It’s like a hump in the road of sorts.

Exactly, the first few weeks I was pretty horny, the second month I started losing interest in sex, then I noticed I wasn’t getting morning wood. I then jerked off for the first time in two months and it was terrible, I didn’t even enjoy it, I had to make myself do it. But then the next morning I had wood again!

For me two to three times a week is good for the libido.

Same thing happened to me.

My “sweet spot is 2-3 times a week as well.

If your erections are weak stop your PE activities and all jacking off and any other sex for a week.

In that week give yourself a hot wrap every night, keep it warmed for 40 minutes to an hour. The following week continue with the hot wraps and during the day kegel. Continue abstinence. During the day find time for several sets of kegels.

When morning wood returns add light jelquing, all the while doing hot wraps at night before bed and kegeling frequently during the day (on the bus or train or in the car and other such down time); sets of 50.

Around then test your erection and see how hard it is when you get it up.

If you can get it up, there are other excerises that you can do to improve erection strength. The wet towel over the penis and flexing to lift it. I use my heat pad which weighs about 1 lb. Whatever, something soft and comfortable with a little weight to it. Three sets of twenty.

The idea is reducing fatigue and increasing natural blood flow. Heat will help with both. Taking hot baths is also good.

But in this scenario masturbation definitely affects gains and overall penile health: you penis is wiped out. Give it a holiday.

Then figure out a less compulsive jack-off schedule.

Definitely.

I’m on a new PE routine that involves light vacuum hanging, even lighter ADS and some mild, low erection jelqing. I PE 1 on/2 off and usually jerk off on my second rest day - so I basically jerk off every three days.

My erections have dramatically improved and my morning wood is awesome too. Before, in the morning, I would only get semi-erect during my morning wood sessions; but now my unit gets 100% strong. I love it.

I just thought of another observation as well, but will post that in my progress thread (so check it out…)
