I’ve been doing the beginner routine for a little over a week now and have surprisingly already seen some gains. However I’ve been noticing a turkey neck that goes up about 1 inch on my shaft. I can’t tell if I’m just noticing it more because I’m doing P.E. Or if it is actually something that is developing as I do these exercises. I think this may have developed because I was starting as low as possible when jelqing to avoid the baseball bat effect and this may have brought some of the scrotal skin up. I also keep reading that reverse stretching actually makes it worse and that surgery is the only way to fix it so I’m confused about what I should do. Does anyone have any suggestions for preventing this from getting worse or a better jelqing technique?
