The routine I used before discovering this site.
I want to know what do you think about the routine I did. Here it goes:
1.- Hot wrap for 2 or 3 minutes.
2.- Stretching, in every direction, grabbing the base and pulling four times for each direction. Up, down, left, right and forward.
3.- Jelqing. 400 times but I didn’t know it had to last 2 or 3 seconds so I guess it was like a bit more of 1 second each.
4.- I didn’t see this here yet, but I grabbed the base and press in four different places along my penis from bottom to top, 5 times.
5.- Stretching. Pulling it in every different direction. I found this very hard cause I can’t grab it well from the head, it slips cause I use baby oil for the jelq.
6.- Hot wrap till it gets cold.
