Are warm-ups still necessary

Navy, do you still do warm-ups (applying heat to your penis) for 5 mins. Before and after your workout?

I have been doing the PC pulls for as long as I can when erect, but the erection loses a bit after each one so I have to stimulate it to get it 100% up before doing the next one. Does this happen to anyone else? Also is it essential to stand while doing it?

The penis is not a muscle. A warm up gets the blood moving…so if I have a semi-erection, I believe I’m warmed up. So to answer your question, no. But I do a cool down set, to help it recover from the workout

Yes, happens to me all the time. That moment right before you ejaculate, is when your penis is the hardest. So I work myself up to that and when it comes I do the PC pulls. Basically, I’m edging and PCing and the same time.

Nope. My personal preference, I don’t feel like I need too. My workouts aren’t crazy like other people here, so I don’t feel I need to warm up
