What’s up guys. This is my first post but, I’ve been PEing for a year and a half now, and have made some remarkable gains. I started because I’m black and you know the stereotype, and I didn’t think I was big enough. (Starting measurements:

Now it’s important to note I’ve been doing this one month on, 2 months off. I had no goal in mind, just wanted to be bigger. Here’s how I did it.
I did no jelqs or bends. I only did squeezes, where you get to 70% erection level and squeeze the bottom of the shaft until my dick swelled up until I felt a SLIGHT pain. When I felt that pain, I would hold, not squeezing any tighter, for 10 seconds then releasing my grip. I would do 10 sets of these. These are for girth. Then, I would do my all time favorite exercise, a very simple one at that, that I don’t see here. I don’t have a name for it so I’ll just call it salutes. How you do a salute is you get to your max erection level, while standing up. And when you reach that level, you try to force as much blood into your dick as possible using ONLY your PC muscles. Some people tighten their legs to get more Blood flow but don’t do it! You want those PC muscles strong. Hold as long as you can, then relax. Do this 7 times. Then sit down. And you do the same thing only this time, you can use your legs to pump some extra blood into your dick. Do another 7 sets of this. It’s very important to imagine you pushing that extra 1-3 inch of hidden dick out while doing this. When you visualize it, it’s easier and you will focus more.
This workout should take 15mins tops. I didn’t notice results the first week, but my girlfriend did! I didn’t tell her what I was doing but I restrained from having sex with her for a week, to see if she would notice a difference. I didn’t see any noticeable results so I thought, what a waste of time. But I did realize that I had super hard wood in the mornings, veins everywhere since I started this routine.
So I go to make love to my lady, and I didn’t let her touch my dick or even see my dick. When I went inside, she gasped for air like I never heard before. She said oh my god baby, did you get bigge- and before she could finish her sentence I stroked again and an even bigger gasp for air. And she commented on how much “harder” I felt. This is the only routine I do. I’m impressed with my gains, but I’m actually more impressed with how hard my dick has become, like a lethal fucking weapon. No sups, as my PC muscles are super strong. Flagpole erections just from kissing, it’s ridiculous. So if your a newbie or a season vet, give it a try but don’t overdo it. Every other day is fine.
