When I felt that pain, I would hold, not squeezing any tighter, for 10 seconds then releasing my grip. I would do 10 sets of these. These are for girth. Then, I would do my all time favorite exercise, a very simple one at that, that I don’t see here. I don’t have a name for it so I’ll just call it salutes. How you do a salute is you get to your max erection level, while standing up. And when you reach that level, you try to force as much blood into your dick as possible using ONLY your PC muscles. Some people tighten their legs to get more Blood flow but don’t do it! You want those PC muscles strong. Hold as long as you can, then relax. Do this 7 times. Then sit down. And you do the same thing only this time, you can use your legs to pump some extra blood into your dick. Do another 7 sets of this. It’s very important to imagine you pushing that extra 1-3 inch of hidden dick out while doing this. When you visualize it, it’s easier and you will focus more.

This workout should take 15mins tops. I didn’t notice results the first week, but my girlfriend did! I didn’t tell her what I was doing but I restrained from having sex with her for a week, to see if she would notice a difference. I didn’t see any noticeable results so I thought, what a waste of time. But I did realize that I had super hard wood in the mornings, veins everywhere since I started this routine.

Yeah, I second this. Near 3 inches of gains is nearly unheard of and will gain some criticism. But it just may be possible if you got 1-1.5” from fat pad and the other inch and so from PE, that would be very possible.

I will have to say that his excitement and viewpoint does sound like someone who has come from the land of small to average and now has a cock which is not represented in the majority.

Yes, I was about 236 when I started, but I lift so it wasn’t all fat. But I’m now 209 with abs popping and I do believe the extra inch or so came from me getting rid of the fat pad.

Yes, I did lose quite a bit of weight, the extra inch or so I believe came from me getting rid of the fat pad. And yes, I remember turning down some girls because I thought I didn’t measure up. Yes but I’m 6’1 so what’s weird is, I still don’t feel like its big enough. I didn’t notice a noticeable girth gain until after 3 months, but my girl noticed after a week. I thought I gained a half inch cause when I would go pee, I felt like I had a new dick.
