Well, when I stopped, I had shrinkage, almost back to wear I was. I didn’t notice it until my girl said “baby, your dick looked short today.” But within two sessions I was back to wear I left off. I think it’s because your dick remembers.” Most of my growth happened I think when I rested because when I would start up again my dick responded very fast. The reason why I do it is I found for myself less is better, I would see more steady gains if I took long breaks but when I go back on, I was hardcore, every other day no matter what. I still did kegs, but not erect ones so I can maintain my EQ to some degree. I have my own place so I have privacy. If my girl comes over, she knows I take long showers anyway, so I do it in the shower.

When I squeeze, I don’t do kegels. I just focus on squeezing. And when I do kegels, I just do that, I don’t mix.

This sounds like a great exercise which appears can be done if, like myself, are limited by privacy time. An exercise which can be done in a relatively short time in someplace like the shower would be ideal for me.

Two months on, two months off. I do my routine every other day for 30 days, which takes two months to do. Then take two months off. I found out this out this works best for me by accident. I was doing my routine, then my gains slowed. So I stopped, thinking my gains were permanent. Then about a month and a half later I go and sleep with my lady. She commented that I didn’t feel as long or thick. She actually said I felt small. So I pulled out and she looked at my dick and asked if I had a full erection cause it was definitely bigger before. Thanks ND. I do a similar routine. I stretch, then jelq then every 3 or 4 minuts I get 100 erection, I clamp it and intead of keep it I push the clamp up to the shaft. I do that 7 times, then rest then again rest and again, then jelq 3 or 4 min then do all that again. Then once more all that.
I kinda feel my inner dick in tough and while trying to jelq, my blood dont flow. So your theory seems to make sense, I have gained nearly half an inch in 6 months, most of it in the first 3 months. Maybe it is time to rest, I willl ask the vets….
Your routine was much more simple and you rested much longer. On the other hand, TNT did a much harder routine than mine and resting more than me but less than you.

Sure thing. When u are standing or sitting with an erection, if u straighten ur legs and flex them, while doing a kegel, you will force more bloodflow to the penis. More than you would if you just did a regular kegel.
