I’m totally new to this, and have a question about stretching. Just how much pressure should you apply when manually stretching? I’m a fairly strong guy, I may tear the damn thing off. J/k

You want to start off slow. You want to pull hard enough to feel a good stretch but not hard enough to feel any type of sharp pain.

Don’t worry, you won’t tear it off. Nobody I heard of has done this so far. Stay away from pain. Feel a good stretch as mr penismith said. As you get more experience, you will figure out the right amount of strength for yourself.

I always have full erection whenever I try to stretch.. I read that it is bad right?

So what is the best way to prefer erection and do stretching without any worries?

spinning: I hear you on the erection problem. Think about something demanding like philosophy or debate an important issue in your head. If you can forget you have a dick for a minute the boner will be gone. Trying really hard to focus on something other than your dick generally doesn’t work, you need to just forget about it altogether and let your mind wander.

You can also try other things to lessen the chance of erection. What I do is eat a meal beforehand so I have a full stomach, this makes me way less horny. I then regularly drink water throughout the session to maintain the ‘bloated’ stomach feeling. This makes it a lot harder to get a boner even if I want to.

Hey thanks, I tried your method, but didnt work that well either..
Could it be my dick too short, that is why I get erected easily? *Blush*

Last night, I masturbated and followed by stretching, it works better.
But I read that masturbate before or after are not good for stretching or jelqing on the same day..

The only time I’ve ever heard of penises getting thin from stretching is from folks saying not to do PE—and they wouldn’t know, because they don’t do it.

I don’t recall ever having read anyone here reporting that his penis has gotten thinner as a result of stretching.
