I noticed that when I pull by the skin it stretches the ligaments more. It’s easy to perform that kind of stretch I find, and I imagine it’s an important part of the PE regimen. But what about stretching the actual penis (that would a the tunica stretch)? Is it ok to stretch by the skin or should I be aiming to pull by the head itself to stretch out the body of the penis more? I noticed that if I pull the skin back by putting my fingers around the base it pulls the penis more and the ligaments less. Is this a good practice?
