I noticed that when I pull by the skin it stretches the ligaments more. It’s easy to perform that kind of stretch I find, and I imagine it’s an important part of the PE regimen. But what about stretching the actual penis (that would a the tunica stretch)? Is it ok to stretch by the skin or should I be aiming to pull by the head itself to stretch out the body of the penis more? I noticed that if I pull the skin back by putting my fingers around the base it pulls the penis more and the ligaments less. Is this a good practice?

I also forgot to mention this: I find it difficult to pull the body of the shaft without the skin pulling over my head (even though I’m cut). And when I pull by the head it starts to hurt (the head itself) at more intense stretching levels.

You aren’t stretching ligs more by pulling skin. The general aim in PE is to avoid stretching skin.

The head is the stopper for manual stretching. Take your grip on the shaft slightly behind the head.

Depending on how tightly cut you are, you may not be able to stretch at the lowest angles at first without involving skin. If so, that’s ok. Work on developing enough skin slack, but no more than necessary, to stretch that angle without skin supporting part of the load.
