My last resort stretching method: Approve or no?
To make a long story short, I’ve been struggling with getting a stretching method down for about 2 months now. I’ve heard literally everything there is to know about how to stretch and if you’re reading this right now I’ve probably asked you about stretching grips before.
My problem is no matter what I do I get red dots, bruising, pinched skin, and other things and I fear it will darken my unit faster in my PE career than it should. I also slip and crush my head a lot (not good).
People say pull your skin back, do this, do that, and I’ve tried it all and still stretching bothers me (mentally) because I feel guilty hurting my penis and penis head so badly.
So basically I’ve devised a stretching method that I think works for me personally (I tried it the first time today and got barely any red dots and it stretched nicely too, I could feel it).
I take all my skin on my penis (I’m cut but still have a good amount of skin) and pull it forward around my head. Once I have all that skin pulled pretty taut from my penis to the area around my head I get a nice firm grip on the semi stretched shaft a bit below all the skin. Then when i let go of the skin with my first hand I have a nice grip behind all this skin and my gripping hand ends up being a bit under an inch behind the head. I then pull and stretch this way with all the skin in front of my hand. I think when I’m pulling I’m not stretching skin, or anymore than I would in a normal stretch. This combined with a glove makes it so there’s absolutely no slippage and I get a good stretch. When I let go of the stretch I noticed no red dots and no irritated skin like usual when I’m struggling to hold onto my penis.
