Let it subside and try again. It may take you some time, but you have to learn you dick the difference between exercise and sexual stimulation. Some people will suggest to masturbate before workouts, but I’m personally against that idea.

You feel horny about you? I really couldn’t understand…

I have this problem from time to time. I consider it a healthy reaction to touching yourself. Isn’t that a good thing? ;) I just try to do my PE while watching TV. It seems to distract me just enough to where I don’t pop boners all of the time.
