Cant get rid of erections during stretching.
I have tried without success to manually stretch without getting 10% erections. Sometimes they become more substantial than 10% aswel. It sometimes works if I masterbate first but even this doesn’t work often enough and I don’t like to over masterbate because it makes my back feel too weak for weight training.
Just a 10% erection is enough to severely decrease the affectiveness of stretching. It causes my hand to slide over the internal meat too easily and not get that good tug. It also stops the tunica and ligs from getting a really thorough stretched feeling. I have also noticed that stretching with a partial erection sometimes causes the cord connected to my right testicle to ache, as if it is being pulled some how. Causing occasional, mild and brief twinging sensations many hours after stretching. Perhaps the internal penis pulls on these cords more when it is erect. I end up giving up if my erections increase past 10% because it just feels unsafe to do.
Whenever I do manage to keep a fully flacid penis, I can feel my tunica and ligs getting stretched really well. I just wish I could recreate this every time. I try kegeling but whenever I stop kegeling the erections come straight back and I can’t hold kegels for 30 mins. Plus I don’t want to have to kegel constantly because it completely ruins the enjoyment of the stretching and makes it a real chore to do. I just want to be able to relax.
I need advice if you have any please. I wonder if there is anything which could safely retard the sensativity of my penis temporarily and stop me getting erections, without lubricating my dick in anyway. Thanks.
