Stretching causing erections

Whenever I do manual stretches, be it 30 second holds or JAI stretches, I start to get an erection. Is there anyway to control this? It makes my PE routine much longer since I start stretching and then must stop wait for the erection to subside.

HA dude use it to your advantage. I have the same problem, I could catch an erection watching cops (don’t ask), what I do is turn it into a girth gain technique by “O” gripping it at the base. Momentarily it goes away, then I continue stretching. Also a fail proof if you can fight the sleepy feeling is to masturbate beforehand. Your body normally naturally shuts down the erection producing part of your brain for a while. Do it while watching the news, or American gladiators :) woot. JK on those, but I hope this at least leads you in the direction of solving this problem for you.

boxo, this happened to me when I started PE. I bet you’ll find this to be not as much of a problem over time, as you get more used to the exercises. In addition, I used this to my advantage by following stretches with jelqs.


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

The same thing happens to most of us when we first start PE. Your penis just thinks it play time and not work time. Just keep up with your exercises and it will eventually go away on its own. It took a while for me as well but that is now a thing of the past.

Thanks for the encouragement. I think the funny thing is I took a break from PE and this started happening. When I started, it never happened.

Use some toilet paper or a soft paper tissue around your cock, it helps me.

And I watch something interesting and non sexual on my TV or computer during stretches (and jelqs).

Also try lying down, sitting in different ways, standing.

Try different grips.

Same thing is happening to me after a break of a couple weeks. It will go away after a while again. At least you know that your dick is healthy!
