What are the most effective stretches in your experience?

I am new to this forum but I have used the andromedical eq. like the JS extender and I am happy with the development so far. I would say I have used it around 500 hours and gained 1/3 inch. I hope I will add 1/3 inch for the next 500 hours also.

I like the BTC (between the cheeks) the best.

I alway loved the A or inverted V myself.

A few manual stretches I like:

BTC: While standing, squat down a little. Reach behind your legs, take an overhand grip, and then stand up straight pulling your dick up behind you.

Rear/side stretch with one leg up: While standing, step your right foot up onto a chair seat, toilet seat, stool or whatever is handy. Using your right hand, reach around your right thigh and take an overhand grip. Pull to the side, placing your arm against your thigh for leverage. Reverse legs and hands to stretch the other direction.

Partially twisted. While standing, take an overhand grip (palm down). Stretch sideways or upward. Rotate your hand so your palm faces your body (pronate your grip).

Inverted V-stretches done over the back of my desk chair: The back is padded and just slightly over crotch high. These are probably my favorite of the bunch. I can keep a locked elbow, which relieves arm stress. The weakest link here in long holds is grip strength.

I like the BTC stretch. Other then that all I do is simply stretch it out, up, and down. Sometimes I feel like only the skin is being stretched but I think that is because I just started a week or so ago.. I’ll have to try the back of the chair stretch.
