I have a lot of 7:30-8:00 and I have gained about 1 1/2 cm in a month from upward stretches, and I was wondering why people seem to be dissapointed when the have to do tunica stretches.

Why is lig stretching better than tunica gaining?

Many people see faster gains with lig stretches rather than tunica. I guess the tunica is harder to stretch than ligs.

Now: 8.5" bpel 6" eg Goal: 9.5" nbpel 6" eg (maybe more)


usually gains from lig-stretches tend to show up faster than results from attacking the tunica. You must be a lucky guy gaining 1,5 cm a month from upward stretches:)

Hot Wrap
30 minutes manual stretching (Hard V-stretching and Two Handed stretching)
30 minutes Jelqing

I do this every day and take weekends off.
If I feel I havent stretched well enough I do about another 15-30 minutes.
I start my routine about 5:00-6:00
I never jack off before 10:00 at night so it doesnt screw my gains.
