I’d say condition yourself with a jelqing routine. Take a look at the TGC theory. And do some clamping. Best of luck to you man.

I agree with what some of the others have said. Most certainly consider a serious pumping routine and some clamping, but I would go easy with the clamps, especially if you are using the small ones. Might want to check with Monty on his Airclamp. The neonatal cuff can accommodate a pretty small girth, and would be safer than those small plastic CableClamps. Any type of clamping would probably be more effective after pumping so you can get a good engorgement. I would spring for a good quality cylinder too, not just the cheap adult book store type. Check with PumpToys are LAPump. You need a tube that is just a little bit bigger than your erect girth.

Iwish6 and Bamboos, it’s nice to make your acquaintance. Bamboos, it’s true, we basically don’t exist on the internet. Either this size girth is exceptionally rare, or everyone is scared off by the typical internet penis size discussion. I’d tend to think the latter.

Beyond the girth though, I also get the impression that my penis size experience is under-represented online.

I think that as with everything else, the internet is an elaborate stratification procedure, and we’re getting a very skewed sampling. The internet isn’t a sampling of the guys with with smallest dicks, it’s the guys who are most insecure about their dicks (whether warranted or not), and most likely to be vocal about it. Of course, this insecurity generally leads to really negative sexual experiences, and the men with the worst experiences (or who are too scared to experience anything at all), are those who feel strongly enough to vent their frustrations online.

So, iwish6, I wouldn’t necessarily take this website as evidence that size matters. It certainly does on this website, though.

I realize the inherent contradiction in me making this statement, and yet starting PE, but it’s not as much of a contradiction as you’d think. Perhaps penis size matters to some extent (and to some women), but not to the extent the internet (and overheard gossip) would have you believe. I think you can be a good (even great) lover with any size penis. You just might have a bit more flexibility in this regard if you have more to work with.

And bamboos, I’d love to have a training partner. I’m only on here sporadically, and I should emphasize that I still do have my own insecurities, but it would be nice to talk to someone in the same boat.

Thunder’sPlace has been up and running on the inter web since 1968. After 40 years of non stop forum operation it is awfully hard for any body to create a topic that is PE, new, and worth having! Congratulations on doing just that.

I have just done a quick crawl and can not find a thread about the PE related difficulties faced by n00bs with significantly below average girth. We have more than a few threads specifically for guys with below average starting length. But nothing for girth. :(

Perfectly understandable if you feel more comfortable sharing your concerns in private. But please do consider the option of discussing what it is like to have a less than average girth in the open forums. That way other guys in a similar situation can get help from this thread.

My starting girth was 4.375 if I remember correctly. I have only worked on length. I want to hit 7.5” BPEL then I will put all focus on length maintenance and girth work. My girth now “i don’t measure much” bounces between 4.5 to 4.6. That gain came from working length.

I have a tight “gel like’ cock ring, I bought a few clamping supplies for when the time comes. For the fun of it I put on the cock ring just to see what it would swell to and it was 5” mid shaft and 5.35 at the base. Of course it was temporary but even seeing that temp gain gives me motivation my girth will also grow when I’m ready to work it.

Girth is what is bothering you most, so work girth.

Clamping and pumping are great recommendations, and for pumping I recommend water pumping.

You can use just the cylinder and the tube ONLY. Fill with water and draw the vacuum by mouth, and pull the penis with the vacuum to a mark on the tube side that is about 1/2 inch LESS than your BPEL. Disconnect the hose when you have the length at that bpel-1/2 inch. You may have to occasionally reconnect and draw a bit more vacuum to keep it at that level. As you bpel increases, keep the 1/2 inch buffer.

Start with about 5 minutes and add 5 minutes a week until you reach 30 minutes. This can be broken into sets. If you are getting a lot of edema, decrease the length that you pull your penis to.

Girth work like this is safe and pleasant. I personally find daily for girth seems to work best, but find your own response.

If you do the water pumping, I suggest to cycle it with clamping. So a few weeks of pumping, then a few weeks of clamping. Take one or two weeks off every 6 weeks. This should be a great starting point, adjust it based on your response.

Finally somebody who can get over his size. Great thread and wish you good luck, just start it slow, I think smaller dicks can’t handle that much stress. Btw Billy you are my idol! :)

My girth was also 4.375. Now if kegel really hard when I measure it’s 4.6 but more like 4.5 when “resting.” I’ve only done stretching, jelqing and clamping. Maybe someday I’ll try pumping.

How long have you been in the PE game Maxtro? Seems like you’ve been here for quite some time.

Aye, I’ve been here many years. But I’ve only practiced PE for what equals to about 6 or so months. One month on, one year off, that sort of thing.

I also started with (and still have) small girth! When I first started it was roughly 4.1 inches and is now about 4.4. I wish more people with small girth would speak up!

I just can’t past here without participating to this post because I have a very thin penis myself. It’s kind of weird shaped, my base look like a tree trunk and is about 4.4 to 4.6 inch I’m not even sure, down to about 3.7 inch to the top.

I red the whole post, and Billy I gotta say you’re such an inspiration for me, because I’m bigger than you and still a virgin but you’re giving me hope. I’m so hard with myself, you have a good state of mind.

I’ve been into PE for a while now, tried many different things but not sure if I gained so far well my dick don’t look bigger. I keep the ruler away, because I don’t want to disappoint myself.

What I observed with my thin penis getting exercised (I don’t know if it’s like that with every thin ones) is
It don’t like to be stretched too hard, mine need a very very light stretch. So I’m not expecting any length gain with stretches. But I don’t care of length, I am comfortable with my 6.5 inches.

It’s harder to jelq a thin penis because there’s less to work with and it appear more fragile to me too.
