I have not actively PE’d in many years, lol. At the time I was using a basic BIB hanger, following a brief stint with a swim cap hanger. Four months with no gains and I cut up my swim cap.

Most of my gains came from a relatively short period of high volume, close to every day, hanging. Ha! I don’t even remember how long it took me to get my gains.

Let’s see…my weight plaits are still under the filing cabinet…I never even reached 15lbs in weight, very cool. I remember that I started getting gains with the swim cap but that my weight tolerance quickly moved up. Ten pounds and the damn plaits pulled free from the cap every time. Ouch! So, based on my weight plates, I probably started getting results with 7.5lbs.

iamaru your stats show you lost size between 1993-2001 and quite quickly regained it. In this aspect it’s not surprising you could hang with less weight to gain. Or?

Check out that 1993-01-14 pre-dates my joining of the forums by nearly 8 years! My starting size was 6.5X5.5 which I understand many would be happy with. But yikes! If this PE stuff is legit how can I not give it a shot?

So four months of dedicated PE and nothing at all to show for it. Well, no doubt my EQ greatly improved; but, we didn’t even know about EQ back in the day.

So what to do? Our knowledge was pretty bare bones back then. Nothing like what you guys have to work with now. Heat it up, then jelq and stretch. Every few days or week you increased your time. After a few months you were milking and stretching for a considerable amount of time every night. We had some damn tough cocks back in the day, let me tell you! If it didn’t get bigger, well; stick with it and pray. Increase your time a bit more, and perhaps jelq a bit more firmly. :shrugs:

Wraps and ADS’s were still in their very early experimental stages back then. Guys were doing it, sure. But it was pure guess work and most of it would make modern ADSers cringe.

Pumps sounded interesting but the knowledge of the time favored the gains not lasting. Plus I was dead broke! I mean embarrassingly every dime went in the gas tank broke. DOD and VA benefits had not kicked in yet and things were very, very, tight. I was going back to school simply because they would pay for it all and the math showed I would clear $50/week after expenses. :rolleyes:

But this hanging thing sounds pretty cool! I mean it sounded really way cool! I could build my own hanger for no money and then hang for hours every day while sitting in front of my computer. Plus everyone seemed in agreement that hanging actually worked. So: hanging it is!

And that was it. I started saving up something like $20/month in the hopes that I might purchase an actual BIB hanger sometime in the dim and distant future and sliced up my swim cap in the mean time.

I’ve decided to focus on girth until I reach 5 in EG (Avg).

That said my routine for the last three weeks has provided pleasant results. I’ve seen over and 1/8 increase in Average EG.
I attribute my gains to 4 things.

1. Ultra positive attitude and determined mindset.
2. Long warm up and warm down periods (10-30 min with a hot pad, rice sock, and or hot shower)
3. Clamping for 2-3 short sets of 3-5 minutes (buffered by lots of wet jelqing, 10-15 minutes total)
4. Limiting edging and eliminating masturbation.

5 inch club here I come!!!

I’m not finished with my newbie routine yet but in a month or so I need to incorporate something new in my workout, clamping seems really effective but a bit risky so I’ll see what to add when my veins have toughened up a bit more. Keep us updated on your progress girth-hunter =).

I need some advice, I’ve been into peeing for about a year !
I got maybe no gain, or very light gain. I am 6.5x4 on midshaft and about 4.5 at base.

Maybe I got no gain, but I won’t quit PE until I find something that make me gain.
But well, I took a break because I thought I overtrained.

1- Is a flaccid looking smaller is a BAD indicator ?
2- When I stretch flaccid I can do it ‘till 6.5 inches, the same as my erect length.
This mean I need to focus on girth exercises ?
3- If I need to focus on girth exercises witch one should I do, and how many reps taking note my penis tend to fatigue easily due to my little girth ?
4-I always kegels, and warmup at least 10 min with ricebag. But I warmdown in the shower for about 6min. Should I warmdown longer ?
5- When I stretch, I am uncut, I need to get that skin back ? And should lightstretch do some good to my dick because it doesn’t like to be stretch alot. Anyway I’m looking for girth gain.

Thank you for all your advices, and I would appreciate to know what guy thin like me did to gain girth.

1. Yes, this is not good. Flaccid should be increasing in size not decreasing.
2. Depends on what your looking for. Try this workout for 1-2 months and measure

4. heat heat and more heat. I use a heating pad throughout my routine. It works great.
5. ya pull it back. light stretch is fine….go slow….work your way up.

Have you gained any length? If you’ve been practicing PE for a year than you should have pretty tough veins and hardened skin so I’d get to clamping if I were you, clamping seems to be the only thing that really works for girth.

I measured twice today and I’m happy to announce that I’ve gained 2 mm in girth en average. Considering that I’ve only been into PE for 2 months I’m very pleased and I’m excited for the results I might achieve in a year or so.

My girth is pretty skinny too. At 5.25 BG and 4.8 MSEG. Been clamping for awhile and starting to see some improvements.

Please don’t post here with average/above average girth, this is not the intention of this thread. Thank you for your understanding.

Uhm, I know it sounds a bit extravagant, but in the OP pants I would force myself to forget girth for a while and focus on length. Small-girthy seems to gain length fast so maybe you could achieve the proudness of being well over the average at least in one dimension, then try increasing girth.

As far as girth goes, go from the more gentle to the harder: wet-jelqs, then dry-jelqs, then pumping, finally clamping.
