Starting pe question

Been pe’ing for around less than a month now
I usually do 3 days on and 1 off. Is this too little rest?

Here is my routine. I split it up in the morning and evening.

Also I do 5 min warmup in shower with mild stretching.
100 or so jelqs
5 min cool down

Would you recommend just doing a 1-session 200 jelq?
I feel I have seen MILD gains. I feel slightly bigger

Should I increase my workouts?
Any additional advice would be great!

You can probably do more. I think most newbie gains come from stretching, so stretch that thang. Also a day off is a good idea.

For begginers 30 minutes work out is good
5 min warm-up
10 min streching
10 min jelquing
5 min cool down

2 days on 1 day off
