Starting pe question
Been pe’ing for around less than a month now
I usually do 3 days on and 1 off. Is this too little rest?
Here is my routine. I split it up in the morning and evening.
Also I do 5 min warmup in shower with mild stretching.
100 or so jelqs
5 min cool down
Would you recommend just doing a 1-session 200 jelq?
I feel I have seen MILD gains. I feel slightly bigger
Should I increase my workouts?
Any additional advice would be great!
