I personally liked the mirror/exit point and palpation test better. Regretfully, I don’t have a database to track every hangers results.
But I have noticed a pattern of people with high to very high exit points on the mirror test gaining from BTC hanging. Now it could be that they would have gained at other angles and maybe people with the high exit points just seem to benefit from hanging in general.

My exit point is probably above the green dot in the above picture. I have had very easy hanging results. On Bib’s forum I have seen that some of the people that just struggle with hanging results have a very low exit point. I don’t know if there is a good angle for them or if they might need to find another method.
This could be just coincidence but it is a pattern that I have noticed.
As a side note I see people confusing erection angle with exit point and I don’t know if there is any relationship between the two.
