Reverse kegels?

some one explain how to do reverse kegels.

To do a reverse kegel, push out instead of pulling in. Think of the movement that you use when having a bowel movement and you need to get that last little bit out. That is a reverse kegel.

Westla can probably give a much better description than I can. For me, I think of pushing out a baby and it works just fine :) .
