reverse kegels

I’m still fairly new to this penis enlargement stuff, and i was wonder how do you do a reverse kegel like the one in dld post? I have been trying all night to find it, but it seems like what ever i do nothing happens. Is this because it to weak or something else? Are there other ways of finding it without trying to pee hard?
