Regarding newbie routine

I started yesterday with my first attempt at the routine. But I fond my self confused on some matters.

Do you need to be fully erect during the stretches as well as the jelqing? Because I find myself having a difficulty of staying

Well erect during the whole process.

Also, I’m still very confused as to where exactly you do a kegal. Help would be much appreciated.

1. You want to be completely FLACCID while stretching.

2. When jelqing you want to be 30-60% erect.. DEFINITELY NOT FULLY until you’re penis is conditioned, this can result in injuries.

3. Go to the bathroom and pee… stop the urine flow. That muscle you flexed is how you do a kegel.

No no, stretch when flaccid and have a semi erect penis for jelq, not too high but not too low. Too much of an erection you can hurt yourself.

Now when you stop the urine flow, is that done by pushing your fingers through your testes, or between your sack and your anus?

I think I might be doing it right but I just want to clarify. It’s strange because just after yesterday, my penis already feels a little harder.

I hope it’s not just my mind messing with me haha.

The muscles located between the balls and anus… you don’t push anything with your fingers.. you flex thee muscle. Do you push your bicep to flex it?

Kegels force more blood into the penis causing harder erections.

Whoops I misunderstood that completely when I read it. So, not to sound like an idiot, but is that when you flex and you can pretty much move your penis?

Last question. Can someone please tell me what BPEL and all the other ones stand for for measuring? I want to record everything from the beginning before I get really into it.

I really recommend doing what iamaru suggests.

If you do not, he has a bad habit of cursing you. His curses make your dick shrink instead of grow when you exercise it, so please, for the sake of your dick, click his links and read everything.

Then you will get far more out of the forum, because you will understand all the terminology we use here, and know what average sizes really are, and how much you can expect to gain, and what all the exercises are, and abbreviations, and a whole load of really useful other stuff.

And you avoid the dick shrinking curse of iamaru! :)

Jumping in here.I’m new to PE too. When I do a kegel and I have an erection my penis moves up.. Is this right? Also if I do a kegel when my penis is flacid, it will turtle some, also normal?

More kegels the better? I.e. Through out the day?

I’m new here too, but I feel pretty confident answering those kegel questions. All yes, except the final one, which I can only guess at. The kegel is a muscle, relatively small compared to quads, tris, pecs, ect. A very intense work out of those big muscles usually requires a 2-4 day recovery (depending on your fitness level). Smaller muscles recover faster. I would think, a fairly intense workout every couple days at first, then maybe everyday might be more effective at allowing the kegel to build density and tone. But that’s just a guess.
