Whenever I start out on a new endeavor I always try to set goals for myself and as I begin this endeavor I am sortof at a loss for what would be reasonable goals to set. I am currently 6” bpl (I think this is the correct abbreviation) and would love to reach 9”. Now I do realize this would take time and a concerted effort, but would these goals be totally unrealistic. I do not want to set myself up for disappointment. Also if any veteran is interested in helping a newbie along personally in terms of creating a regimen the help would be much appreciated. I realize all the inormation I need is here, but it can be a bit overwhelming.

I am not a veteran but if you look though some of the posted data it may give you an idea of what you can expect with time and diligence.

as far as a regiment, click on the names that are listed in the data base and their PE practices will be displayed. Look for guys that have just started to post recently, those will be the routines that are from newbies. That will give a good ase to work from.

A three inch gain would put you in the “elite” league for sure, but anything is possible. As you noted in your post it takes time and effort.

I have found in PE as in a lot of things in life it is sometimes better to break a large goal down into several smaller ones over time. That way you can gain momentum and encouragement from the smaller victories.

Remember we all gain at different rates, some taking several months to note the initial progress.

bpl means that the ruler is pressed to bone for the measurement.

bpl could refer to either flaccid stretched bone pressed length bpfsl or erect bone pressed length bpel.
