I need some help setting some reasonable goals. I just started doing PE to do it and gain. But I would like to set some kind of goal by a date, this way I can try to plan when I will add new things in and how much I have to work. Right now I’m about 6x5. I was thinking maybe by May, 6.4-6.5x5 or so is a reasonable goal. Please tell me what you think and tell me how I can get to it faster and what else you recommend doing.

How can you let someone else pick your goal? It’s your goal, you pick it. Maybe make a long term and short term goal.

I think a reasonable “expectation” is 7x5.5 within 1 year, maybe 2 years. Like gprent said, you have to set your goal.

Well, is 6.5x5.25 or so good for maybe May or June?

That goal sounds pretty good to me. We are about the same size, my goal for the year is to add 1 inch length and 1/4-1/2 in girth. If I can do half my goal by then ill be thrilled

Do you think my goal of 6.5x5.25 can be achieved by just manual stretches, jelqs, and Ulis? Say something like 15-30 mins a day of either stretching or Ulis/jelq, do you think that will do it, or do I need more? Thanks for your help.

I see you got length gains, I assume you used the above routine - it looks like it works so stick to it.

and don’t set any time frame to achieve your goals - just be safe and persistent.
