I need some help setting some reasonable goals. I just started doing PE to do it and gain. But I would like to set some kind of goal by a date, this way I can try to plan when I will add new things in and how much I have to work. Right now I’m about 6x5. I was thinking maybe by May, 6.4-6.5x5 or so is a reasonable goal. Please tell me what you think and tell me how I can get to it faster and what else you recommend doing.
