Does anyone know some jelq routines that produce quick results?

Having read many posts, it seems that P.E requires commitment. There are no get-thick-quick schemes, you have to be willing to put the hours in.

Having said that, I’ve been doing the Newbie Routine for just under 4 weeks and I’ve seen some results. Nothing drastic but good enough.

You can speed up the process by knowing quickly through experimentation what works best for YOU! but in order to do that you need to process a lot of information.

Agreed 100%. Once you go through the months of the newbie routine and exhaust all gains from that, you will have to go into a phase of just trying out different routines to see what works for you and what doesn’t. Once you figure out and learn what you respond best to, that is when the big gains start coming in. Who knows, you could respond very well to the newbie routine and get plenty of gains from just that. Just stay dedicated and good things will come from it.

The best results come from jelqing. Jelq slow, and a lot. The people who invented this shit hundreds of years ago (if not thousands) didn’t have fancy ass equipment, they just tugged and applied pressure, and over time they gained enormous amounts of length/girth. There are stories from years ago of guys who had amazing results from nothing but jelqing. All this advanced bullshit is from people wanting quick results and often leads to injury. Wet jelqing is your bread and butter to gains.
