I just started my 2nd week of PE this afternoon and I just have 2 quick questions. I did try the search button but there were too many results that just did not exactly answer the questions I have. If you can help I would greatly appreciate it.
#1.) Quick question about jelqing (yes another one). I do ten minutes of wet jelq after stretching for about 10 minutes as part of the newbie routine. From posts that I have read, I see various erections levels posted by different PE’ers. My problem is that I can’t get an erection while jelqing. I try to start out with already having a semi one, but after about 1-2 minutes it goes almost completely flacid. My question is will that affect my gains? And should I just continue with 10 minutes flacid like I have been.
#2.) My second question involves warm wraps. Before I do anything I do a 5 minute warm wrap with a heating pad. My question is can I avoid doing the 2nd warm wrap after jelqing if I take a warm shower immediately after? I need to do this anyway because I weight lift before I do my PE, so is that warm shower an acceptable replacement for that 2nd warm wrap?
