Who has made gains on just stretching and jelqing, I do not want to get into hanging and clamping and was thinking how far I can go?

I do not mind switching the jelqing style or anything but do not want to tie object onto my cock haha thanks to anyone who replies.

swallHO, you don’t ever have to do anything other than stretch and jelq if you don’t want to. Some guys go to hanging or clamping or pumping as they stop getting gains with jelqs. It is a individual decision to make.

I have gained right at 5/8” in length and 1/8” mid shaft girth in 5 weeks just doing the newbie routine (stretching, jelqing, and finishing with kegels). Do some searches in the forums and read up, you will see a lot of gains and a lot of good advice.

Check out a thread by Yguy. I read it last night, it’s a huge post but well worth it. In one year of only Jelq and stretching, he gained 3 niches in length, and a lot of girth. If I can achieve results like that, I won’t ever have to hang to read 8” NBEL and 6” EG. It’s a great post he wrote up, definitely check it out.

Very cool thanks everyone, ill read the yguy post right now, that’s what I wanted to hear also. It seams a lot of folks that gain go onto clamping and hanging.(not for me) I have been reading a lot of the posts pole position thanks and one more question how do I get a picture under my name thanks.
