My penis has turtled slightly in the last few sessions. I may have overworked it yes? Today the stretch felt tighter than normal. My flaccid hang hasn’t hung in the last 2 days like when I first started doing PE which felt great but I think I may have overworked it but not by much I mean I may have added a slight bit more tension in the stretching, I may have added a few more seconds in stretching and I may have put more force into my grip while jelqing. I plan on taking the day off tomorrow as today wasn’t the best day of PE for me as the jelqing didn’t feel like it was working. The jelq felt tight, not as engorged as it used to be. Is my penis trying to repair itself from a bigger than normal training session? Does this mean that if I give it a day or two of rest that it will actually be more encouraged to grow?
My second question is, can I incorporate 2 stretch routines in one day instead of my normal jelq in the morning and stretch in the evening?
