Question for any pros
Hello, I’m new to PE, however this is somthing I’d like to dedicate some time to.
This was my first week of PE and I’d like to inquire about somthing.
On my very first day, after my warm up and quick stretch, I spent 1/2 hour engorging and clamping off my penis in 30 second sets. I measured a 3/8” differance in post workout girth, and saw a much thicker flacid hang after the workout.
For the rest of the week, I’ve been concentraiting more on Jelqing (using as much pressure as I can, at about 60-80% erection). After these workouts I’m not seeing any increase in girth or flacid hang. Basically, I don’t think the Jelqs are giving me any expansion, but if I squeeze harder while doing them it hurts.
I realize that the jelq is probably a core girth excercise, however based on the post workout looks of things, is it possible that I might benefit more from the squeeze / grip / kegel / squeeze that I did the first day.
Mind one thing, that my goal is mostly to increase girth, which my current measurements are 7 1/4” x 4 5/8”
Any educated help would be great.
