Question about routine

So I’m a newbie, and I’ve been PE’ing for about a month. It’s been pretty consistent, but lately due to being so busy I usually need to take Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays off. Does anyone agree with doing 3 days on/4days off? Thank you very much.

As long as you don’t try to make up for the days you can’t PE, I don’t see a reason why this would be a problem. Watch your indicators, both positive and negative and do what you need to do.

And as a hint, days of the week are usually capitalized as they are a proper name.

I think going 3 on/4 off not only will not hurt, it may be better.

I agree. I am going to 1 on 1 off from 2 on 1 off. I think it gives me more recovery time and a better PE result.
