Question for BIB about ULI Thing routine
I just made a ULI Thing and tried it out just to see it work and couldn’t believe how much I inflated. I won’t be using it again until I’ve reached my length goal but was just wondering what your routine w/ this device was. I know you didn’t leave it on for more than 10 minutes, but was wondering if you did multiple sets and how far apart did you do them if that’s the case.
P.S. If any others as well as BIB have a good routine for this let me know.
