I have done pretty much PE in the past with no result and now I now that I overtrained. I always got a lot of erectionproblems. now I have a new rutine. it is like this

5 min varmup ricesock
20 min stretching(a-stretch, v-stretch, z-stretch and som more)
5 min varmup(varmdown) with ricesock

I do this once in the morning and once in the evening. I have been doing this for a week now. I haven’t got any gains yet, but with this rutine I have morningwood and I can get a 100% erection exactly whenever I want so I know it is a healty rutine.

I have a 7,3 x 5,5 dick and I dont care if I never gain any lenght. the thing I want is girth. I want to change my rutine to this

5 min varmup ricesock
5 min jelqing or clamping(only using my hand as a clamp)
20 min stretching(a-stretch, v-stretch, z-stretch, DLD blasters and som more)
5 min varmup(varmdown) with ricesock

I have tryed to perform this rutine twice now but I cant do it. my problem is that I cant get an erection after the varmup. my dick gets so warm from the ricesock that it almost gets numb. I cant feel anything when I touch it and thats make i impossible for me to get an erection.
have some of you also exprerienced this problem?
what shell I do?
is it ok to do it like this instead?

Do 3 mins of warm up instead of 5. Your routine isn’t girth intensive so you don’t need 5 mins of warm up. And why are you doing all of these tunica stretches for? Girth exercises have the same effect from my experience. Do some lig work if you haven’t done those already. Try some Ulis for some girth. I could recommend other exercises, but I don’t know how long you’ve been doing pe.

Have you read the thread for Orange bends? If not, do a search. In my mind that may be the way to go for you. Also, you might consider warming up under running water (in the bathroom) or with a mug of warm water. You might just skip the stretches totally and go for jelqs and hand clamping, or at least reverse to 5 min stretch and 20 min jelq/orange bends.

I think the warmup is fine - you should just wait for the rice sock to cool down a little bit more so it isn’t quite so hot!

I dont want to do less warmup because I have to do a lot of warmup to be albe to get erektions.
if I stretch for 20 min in the morning and 20 min in the evening and dont do the warmup, I get realy bad erectionproblems. If I do the same rutine, but ad warmup, my erections are supergood :)

I know my rutine is not girth intensive. this is the only rutine I have been able to do without having erectionproblems. that is why I do it.

if I jelq for 5 min without warmup and do 1 day on, 1 day of, I get erectionproblems. it does not take more than that for me to get erectionproblems.

It looks like I can stretch almost as much as I want if I use ricesockheating. I also stretch down så my ligs are always sore. I just dont know what downwardsstretches are called.

I have read about orange bends. I have tryed them a little and they hit my tunica very good. but I got erectionproblems when I did them. I did not use heat when I did them.

I just want to do a little jelq/bends/clamping to start with because of the erectionproblems I get.

3 years ago I pumped for 1 hour every day for six month. My dick looked realy bad, I got a lot of erectionproblems and no gains. I overdid it.
after that I jelqed hard for 1 hour every day for 3 month. My dick looked realy bad, I got a lot of erectionproblems and no gains. I overdid it this time to.

I think I’m pretty good conditioned. If I clamp so that my dick gets realy big(while clamped) I get absolutely no blisters or anything like that. even a PE-vet could not se that I do PE. I just get erectionproblems.

I realy want to use the ricesock when it is realy warm because using a very warm ricesock seams to be the solution for me to avoid erectionproblems. the only problem is getting an erection when the dick is very warm.

maybe I should just try to do this:

What you did with the pumping was way overboard. If thats all youve done, then your dick is NOT conditioned.

Start with the newbie routine. 3-4 months down the line, THEN you can concentrate on clamping, etc.

If I dont do warmdown my dick turtles in and gets small. maybe warmdown is more importent for me than warmup.

If you have problems getting hard after a workout, you’re overdoing it. By all means do a warm down, it cant hurt. A lot of guys dont, some do. Try it.

Do stretches first, then jelq, by the way.

I am a big believer in the mind having a huge impact on erection quality. Do you get obsessive over your erection and worry that it won’t perform correctly often? Sorry if I am wrong but this can play a major role. I also agree with slack - that pumping wouldn’t get your dick conditioned enough, do the newbie routine for a long while first.

The mind is allways a big part of erectionproblems for me. Its not only pumping and jelqing that effects my erection, but I have problems getting it hard when it is very warm from a ricesock. If it is just a little warm from ricesock, then it works.

I realy cant understand how all this pumping doesnt count. When I pumped, my dick was under a lot more pressure than I can create from jelqing. With conditioning, do you then meen how much I can PE my dick without getting “overtrained”? If thats what you meen then I understand why I’m not conditioned.

“Having your dick conditioned” means your penis has had a length of time to get used to the extra pressure that PE has exerted on your penis.

Clamping (as an example) creates MUCH more pressure on your dick, so unless your dick is “ready and prepared” for it, its going to do damage.

Its like putting someone who cant swim in the deep end. Bad idea.

I agree with Skitloa11, my mind plays a major part in my erection quality. If I’m thinking about something else, I can barley get it up, but on the same token if I’m thinking about pe or a certain lady, I skyrocket! Anyway, I always warmed-up using the heating pad at www.unique-heat.com, I find it excellent. It lasts long just make sure you don’t leave it in the microwave too long.

I tryed one thing today and I think this might work for me. This is what I did
No warmup.
Clamping using my hand as a clamp, but I did not do regular clamp. I clamped like this:
1. Get 100% erect.
2. Clamp for 1-2 min with maybe 110% erect.
3. Remove clamp.
4. Get 100% erect.
5. Clamp for 1-2 min with maybe 110% erect.
6. Remove clamp.
7. Get 100% erect.
8. Clamp for 1-2 min with maybe 110% erect.
9. Remove clamp.
10…
I kept doing this untill I could not get 100% erect. When I tryed to get 100% erect on my 6 set then I could only get 90% erect and then I quit emidietly. I ended with 5 min realy hot ricesock.
30 min later, I tryed to get 100% erect and I got 100% in just a few seconds.
I might just have found something that works for me :)
When I do it this way my dick tells me exactly when I should quit.

I will put this clampingrutine in my rutine and try it for a while. If I can do it for a week without getting erectionproblems, then I will try to do something with jelqs(the biggest erectionkiller there is for me) to.
