I have a problem staying hard during sex....

I haven’t been doing any PE exercises for a few months….Well, lately…I’ve been having problem staying hard during sex with my girl. She is a gorgeous girl with an awesome body and all. I don’t have a problem getting hard, but just having a problem keeping that hardness at least until she comes. It’s also weird because half of the time when I take my penis out for some air due to the change of position, my penis would just slowly die out. I have never had this problem before.

Any suggestions of what I should do? Perhaps get back on PE? Something wrong with my body…arrrggg…so mad now..

Without knowing much about you I would have to say, kegels. Lots of kegels.

Since you have never had this problem before then had a couple events when you lost a percentage of your erection (changing positions, whatever), my guess is that you are now allowing your head -the one with the brain- to get in the way of sex.

Think less (“OMG! Is it going to happen AGAIN?”) and concentrate more on the pleasure you are getting and giving. If you keep worrying, you’ll just talk yourself into the self-fulfilling prophecy of Performance Anxiety. Stop the process early on in this by thinking less about the state of your hard-on, and just doing the sex part and you should be fine.

want_Bigger: I have had the same problem at times. I know this may be blasphemy, but I think it’s possible that some day, we’ll find that we have damaged the valves that keep the blood in by creating these unnatural pressures inside our penile arteries. A lot of impotence problems have less to do with getting hard than staying hard. This would make sense if it were a valve problem. The blood goes in there, but just doesn’t stay unless you keep on pounding without a break.

I had the same problem for a few weeks but now it has stopped, and now I am harder than ever, maybe what ever it is will pass, keep us posted…

Don’t beat yourself up over this. I am the same way, I can quickly lose some of my erection if direct stimulation is removed, i.e. changing positions, etc.

Alot of that depends on my level of “horniness” also. If my level is high then the erection has less chance of subsiding, if level is moderate then more of a chance of subsiding.

Women are mostly the same way. Their levels are cyclic and a woman will be more lubricated, orgasmic and ready for sex at various points of the month depending on her cycle.

I think SENSIBLE PE will most definitely only help in this area. PE has definitely increased the quality of my erections and kegels give great control over this natural occurrence.

Manual stretching, jelqing, kegeling and pumping have ALL been extremely beneficial to me and the quality of my erections.

I wonder if working out had anything to do with it. I weight lift 3-4 times a week for 2 hrs each time. I’m also taking 100% whey protein and some Mega Man vitamin pills.

I agree with Dangleman on his views on PE.

Kegels would help, though. Especially if you can kegel to the point where you create a tingling sensation within your special man muscles.
