Please give me your advice

I’ve been going at the newbie routine for about 5 months now with no gains. I’m guessing I’m a hard gainer. Any advice on a new routine would be greatly appreciated. My stats are ~5.75-6 NBPEL and 4.25 girth. Goals are 1 inch in length and .5 in girth. I’m willing to try anything guys, it’s sooo hard to stay motivated when you pull at it for 5 months and see no gains. My plan so far is to start focusing my stretches upward because I have a low lot of about 730 8.

I’m literally going crazy at this point.

Have you ever considered pumping?

Read BIB`s LOT theory: Bib’s LOT Theory .It`ll help you. Only after you lengthen your ligs, then work on tunica.

Ignore LOT theory.

Increase the amount of time you spend jelqing. Increase time and reps for stretching. Have ypu increased anything since you started or are you literally still doing the exact newbie routine?

Have you thought about hanging or pumping?

How many rest days do you have?

Surely, your routine just isn’t working for you so just switch it up somehow and let your body react to it. PE is kind of like a science experiment;

sometimes the result won’t turn out how you like it to be… so I hope you’ll find your way, but I know eventually you will.

I guess thats my problem slack. I have been doing the exact same routine as always. Although I have increased intensity to an extent I havent increased time at all. I’m going to increase my jelq and stretch time by 10 min each.

As far as stretching goes, remember - “You cannot stretch too much, but you CAN stretch too hard”. Add in a few quick stretches when using the bathroom, things like that. Every little helps….:)

How long does 1 jelq take you to perform? I’m thinking that could also be a the problem, remember quality not quantity.

My jelqs are about 3 seconds each. Believe me I know I’m performing all the excercises correctly. I even get the positive PIs after the workouts, I just don’t have any measurement gains.

Hey Gainswanted I’m not sure how to say this without sounding weird
have you try popping your ligs. warm yourself grip the glands and pull down.
I started this some years ago. I get out of the shower let out all my breathe
grab my head and yank down I hear it pop. When I first did this it didn’t initially
pop until a few days later. I did get some discoloration but after a few day it when away. This may not be for everybody so do at your own risk!

ps this has worked for me.

Mike, just curious, but what kind of gains have you seen? This really sounds painful.


Started 5.5 x 4.5 erect Length and Girth Goal 7 x 6.5 erect Length and Girth

Currently 5.9 x 5.5 erect Length,Girth and going !

Mike, I think I’m a little scared to try that just yet but thanks for the advice. As for my routine, I think I’m going to start doing the routine twice a day. I have done the same routine for over 5 months so I’m obviously conditioned to it. I think it will be a good step up to up the routine to twice a day. What do you guys think?

How do you expect us to help you properly if we don’t see your routine?
