Please give me your advice
I’ve been going at the newbie routine for about 5 months now with no gains. I’m guessing I’m a hard gainer. Any advice on a new routine would be greatly appreciated. My stats are ~5.75-6 NBPEL and 4.25 girth. Goals are 1 inch in length and .5 in girth. I’m willing to try anything guys, it’s sooo hard to stay motivated when you pull at it for 5 months and see no gains. My plan so far is to start focusing my stretches upward because I have a low lot of about 730 8.
