PE Injury

PE Injury

First off let me say this is the first time to post on this site, I have been PE’ing for the past 3 months now so let me start from the begining.

I was doing the stretching and Jelgs for about 30 min’s a day3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off, 10 mins of stretching and 20 mins of Jelging. At the begining of the 3rd month I had a very small amount of blood come from out of the end of my penis, I stoppped everything for 3 weeks. I then started back only with light jelging (no stretching) for the last 2 weeks. Yesterday would have been the last day of the second week, I did stretch yesterday and then went to the jelging, and during the last 5 min’s I had blood come from the end of my penis again. Can anyone give some advise here from any past experiences.

Thanks for any help.

I believe you need to be seen by a urologist—I suspect you may have a lesion in your urethra that gets irratated by jelking and begins to bleed.

I wish you well dude!

Some injuries take a long time to heal before resuming.

I recommend taking off much longer, maybe 3-4 months, then start again very slowly.

Observe... learn from other people's mistakes.

Welcome aboard Trip! Wish you get better and better everyday. Take a break from PEing as long as you can.

Thanks ThunderSS for the link, it’s a great post ( I know, you wouldn’t say YOU’RE WELCOME :D )

Best regards,

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Wow, the response here is great. I will say that I have pain what so ever no blood in my urine or my cum. For now I am going to take a break again and see what happens, when I do start back I will stay away from the stretches for a few extra weeks as well. If after that I have no problem I will try and get back on track, if I do I will see a doctor. I am glad I have found this site, it seems to cover more that any site I have found, and the response is Great.

Go see a doctor, you may have something unrelated to PE. You never know, be on the safe side and just go.

First of all let me say I love this site, more help than anyone could ask for. As of right now I am still Off PEing. I am going to see the doctor this Friday for an opinion, but I really feel it’s not major, hope not anyway. I did not think to say in my post that after taking off for 3 weeks, I started back By jelging for about 20 mins kinda light and did not do any streatches at all. Schedule was 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off. On the last day off the 2nd week I did streatch ( I did not think it was too much) and pretty much right off the bat I had blood apear. That was 2 weeks ago. I will let you know the out come.

Longman did you get my response to your PM?

To me it sounds like you’re not performing the exercises correctly. If you are it doesn’t matter how long you let it heal it will still start bleeding next time you start pe’ing again. I also don’t think healing should take that long. Just avoid getting too much pressure in your glans when jelqing, don’t squeeze it for measuring bpfsl and don’t stretch by pulling from your glans.

Good luck trip. :)

Starting: 6.25" BPEL x 5" EG on or before Aug. 04/93.

Aug. 04/05. 7.25" BPEL x 5.5" EG. -- Lastest: 7.625" BPEL x 5.625" EG on Aug. 07/06.

Goal: 8" BPEL x 6" EG or untill the little lady says ouch.

Maybe you have an old injury to your urethra ? Any sort of trauma perhaps from years ago can reappear when doing these exercises. Do you have any difficulty when urinating .. Like rather slow perhaps ? Your Dr. Should ask these questions and may organise a PSA test to rule out prostrate problems. For further help try typing in Penis health in your search engine. Most important, take care !
